3. User Accounts
Certain Techwave services may require you to create an account.

4. Orders and Service Acceptance
Submitting an order, booking form, payment request, or service request does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
An order becomes accepted when Techwave:
- Confirms the order
- Approves the service request
- Receives the required payment
- Issues a booking confirmation
- Begins performing the agreed work
- Signs a separate service agreement with the customer
Techwave may reject or cancel an order where:
- The requested service is unavailable
- Incorrect pricing was displayed
- Required information was not provided
- Payment could not be verified
- The request violates applicable law
- The request creates a security or operational risk
- The request falls outside our service capabilities
Where an order is cancelled after payment and before work has started, any eligible refund will be processed according to our applicable refund policy.
5. Pricing
Service prices may be displayed on our website, included in a quotation, or agreed through a separate contract.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are listed in the currency displayed during checkout
- Taxes, government fees, transaction charges, domain fees, hosting fees, third-party charges, and hardware costs may be additional
- Custom work may require a separate quotation
- Promotional prices may be available for a limited time
- Renewal prices may differ from introductory prices
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately
Techwave may change its prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect an already accepted one-time order but may apply to future purchases or subscription renewals.
6. Payments
Customers must pay all applicable fees using an approved payment method.
Available payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Mobile financial services
- Online payment gateways
- Debit or credit card payments
- Cash payments where specifically approved

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Techwave may request a transaction ID, payment receipt, sender details, billing information, or other evidence to verify a payment.
A payment will not be considered complete until it has been successfully received and verified.
You must not submit:
- False payment information
- Altered transaction records
- Fraudulent payment screenshots
- Unauthorized payment methods
- Payments from unlawfully obtained funds
Suspected payment fraud may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and reporting to the appropriate authority.
7. Subscriptions and Renewals
Some Techwave services are provided through monthly, yearly, or other recurring subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- The service continues for the selected billing period
- Subscription fees must be paid before or on the renewal date
- Features and usage limits depend on the selected package
- Unused subscription time or service limits may expire
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
- Access may remain restricted until outstanding fees are paid
Where automatic renewal is enabled, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the renewal fee using your selected payment method.
You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal date. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a service-specific refund policy, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
8. Free Services and Trial Access
Techwave may provide free services, limited accounts, demonstrations, promotional access, or trial periods.
Free and trial services may have restrictions, including:
- File-size limits
- Storage limits
- Processing limits
- Watermarks
- Reduced features
- Limited support
- Shorter file-retention periods
- Advertising or branding
- Usage limits
- No backup service
Techwave may modify or discontinue free or trial access at any time.
Free services are provided without any guarantee of continuous availability, data retention, processing speed, or future access.
9. Digital Tools and File Processing
Some Techwave services allow users to upload and process files, including PDF files, images, documents, contact information, and other digital content.
By uploading a file, you confirm that:
- You own the file or have permission to use it
- The file does not violate another person’s rights
- The file does not contain unlawful content
- The file does not contain malicious software
- Processing the file will not violate any agreement or legal obligation
Uploaded files may be:
- Temporarily stored during processing
- Converted, compressed, edited, or analyzed
- Made available for download for a limited time
- Deleted automatically after the applicable retention period
- Retained as a backup only where the selected package includes backup storage
Techwave does not guarantee that:
- Every file can be successfully processed
- Every file will retain its original formatting
- Compression will achieve a specific file size
- Processing will be completed within a specific time
- Every output will be compatible with all devices or software
- Deleted files can be recovered
You should keep your own backup of every file uploaded to Techwave.
10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Services
Some Techwave services may use artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, language models, or third-party AI systems.
AI-generated or automated results may include:
- Customer-service responses
- Business recommendations
- Product suggestions
- Marketing content
- Reports
- Summaries
- Translations
- Images
- Document content
- Security notifications
- Automated replies
- Data classifications
AI and automated outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sending, applying, or relying on them.
Techwave AI services must not be treated as a substitute for qualified:
- Legal advice
- Medical advice
- Financial advice
- Accounting advice
- Emergency assistance
- Government advice
- Professional security assessment
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, platform policies, intellectual-property rights, and industry requirements.
11. Business Automation Services
Where Techwave provides business automation, the customer is responsible for:
- Supplying accurate business information
- Approving automation workflows
- Reviewing automated responses
- Monitoring orders and transactions
- Maintaining accurate pricing and inventory
- Correcting inaccurate outputs
- Obtaining customer consent where required
- Following messaging and social-platform rules
- Maintaining access to connected third-party accounts
Techwave is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unreviewed automated outputs, third-party platform restrictions, account suspensions, API changes, or unauthorized changes made by the customer.
12. CCTV and Smart Surveillance Services
Techwave may provide CCTV integration, camera monitoring, AI detection, security alerts, snapshots, dashboards, reports, and related surveillance services.
The customer is responsible for:
- Installing cameras only in lawful locations
- Providing legally required notices
- Obtaining required consent
- Protecting employee, visitor, and customer privacy
- Restricting access to recordings and alerts
- Maintaining a stable power and internet connection
- Maintaining compatible cameras and recording equipment
- Keeping administrative passwords secure
- Following applicable surveillance and workplace laws
- Ensuring that monitoring is used only for lawful purposes
AI detection, motion detection, facial recognition, number-plate recognition, fire detection, and security alerts may produce false, delayed, incomplete, or missed results.
Techwave does not guarantee that a surveillance service will:
- Prevent theft
- Prevent unauthorized access
- Prevent property damage
- Prevent injury
- Identify every event
- Detect every person or object
- Replace security personnel
- Contact emergency services automatically
- Operate during power, internet, server, camera, or network failure
Customers must maintain appropriate physical security, insurance, emergency plans, and human supervision.
13. Hardware and Installation
Where Techwave supplies or installs hardware, cameras, networking equipment, sensors, servers, or accessories:
- Hardware availability may depend on third-party suppliers
- Product appearance or specifications may change
- Manufacturer warranties may apply
- Installation charges may be separate
- Additional wiring, construction, electricity, internet, mounting, or networking work may cost extra
- The customer must provide reasonable access to the installation location
- The customer must provide a safe working environment
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, electrical failure, water, fire, accident, unstable voltage, improper handling, or third-party modification may not be covered by warranty or support.
14. Third-Party Services
Techwave services may integrate with third-party platforms, including:
- Social media platforms
- Messaging platforms
- Payment providers
- Hosting providers
- Cloud platforms
- Email providers
- AI providers
- Analytics services
- E-commerce platforms
- Domain registrars
- Software APIs
- CCTV manufacturers
- Internet-service providers
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Techwave does not control and is not responsible for:
- Third-party downtime
- API changes
- Account restrictions
- Price increases
- Feature removal
- Data loss
- Security incidents
- Policy changes
- Service termination
- Compatibility issues
A change made by a third-party provider may require Techwave to modify, suspend, or discontinue an integrated feature.
15. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Techwave.
By submitting content, you grant Techwave a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, modify, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the requested service
- Process files
- Operate integrations
- Create backups
- Provide technical support
- Maintain service security
- Comply with legal obligations
You confirm that your content does not:
- Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
- Contain malware or harmful code
- Contain unlawful or fraudulent material
- Promote abuse or illegal activity
- Misrepresent another person or organization
- Violate an applicable platform’s terms
Techwave may remove or restrict content that reasonably appears to violate these Terms.
16. Intellectual Property
The Techwave website and services may contain:
- Software
- Source code
- Designs
- Logos
- Brand names
- Graphics
- Templates
- Text
- Images
- Videos
- Documentation
- Workflows
- Databases
- User interfaces
- Business methods
Unless otherwise stated, this material belongs to Techwave or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not, without written permission:
- Copy or resell Techwave services
- Reproduce protected website content
- Remove copyright or branding notices
- Reverse engineer proprietary systems
- Attempt to obtain restricted source code
- Create unauthorized copies of paid products
- Use the Techwave name or logo deceptively
- Sell access to a Techwave account
- Present Techwave work as your own
Custom project ownership will be determined by the applicable quotation, proposal, licence, or project agreement.
Unless a separate agreement transfers ownership, Techwave may retain ownership of reusable code, frameworks, libraries, templates, methods, and general technical knowledge used to complete a project.
17. Acceptable Use
You must use Techwave only for lawful and authorized purposes.
You must not use our services to:
- Break any applicable law
- Commit fraud or impersonation
- Access another person’s account without permission
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attack, scan, overload, or disrupt a system without authorization
- Send spam or deceptive messages
- Collect personal data unlawfully
- Upload illegal or infringing content
- Circumvent service limitations
- Abuse free or trial accounts
- Interfere with other users
- Resell services without authorization
- Perform unlawful surveillance
- Generate deceptive or harmful content
- Engage in unauthorized automated activity
- Bypass payment or security controls
Techwave may monitor service usage where reasonably necessary to maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce these Terms.
18. Service Availability
Techwave aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Services may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency maintenance
- Server failure
- Internet failure
- Power failure
- Software bugs
- Security incidents
- Third-party outages
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Events outside our reasonable control
Techwave may temporarily suspend access to protect users, investigate incidents, repair systems, or comply with legal requirements.
Unless specifically stated in a signed Service Level Agreement, no particular uptime percentage or response time is guaranteed.
19. Support and Maintenance
Support availability depends on the purchased package or separate support agreement.
Support may be provided through:
- Phone
- Support tickets
- Remote access
- On-site visits
- Online meetings
Standard support may not include:
- New features
- Major redesigns
- Third-party repairs
- Data-entry work
- Damage caused by customer changes
- Work outside the original scope
- On-site visits
- Emergency support
- Hardware replacement
- Restoration of missing customer backups
Additional support may require separate payment.
20. Project Delivery
For custom projects, estimated delivery dates depend on:
- Customer cooperation
- Timely payment
- Content availability
- Approval of designs and features
- Third-party access
- Technical complexity
- Change requests
- External service availability
Delivery dates are estimates unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
The customer must review submitted work and report issues within the review period stated in the quotation or project agreement.
Failure to provide feedback may delay the project and may be treated as acceptance of the submitted work.
21. Changes to Project Scope
A request may be considered outside the original project scope where it:
- Introduces a new feature
- Changes an approved design
- Requires additional integrations
- Requires additional pages
- Changes the original workflow
- Requires unexpected data migration
- Requires work on an unrelated system
- Adds new hardware or locations
- Requires additional training or support
Out-of-scope work may require:
- A revised quotation
- Additional payment
- An extended delivery date
- A separate project agreement
Techwave is not required to begin additional work until the revised terms are approved.
22. Customer Delays and Abandoned Projects
The customer must provide required content, credentials, approvals, payments, and feedback within a reasonable time.
Where a customer remains inactive or unresponsive for an extended period, Techwave may:
- Pause the project
- Change the delivery schedule
- Charge a reactivation fee
- Archive project files
- Close the project
- Require a new quotation before restarting work
Payments for work already completed are not refundable because the customer later becomes inactive.
23. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, work completed, third-party costs, and the applicable refund policy.
Unless otherwise stated, refunds may not be available for:
- Completed services
- Downloaded digital products
- Activated subscriptions
- Domain registration
- Hosting fees
- Software licences
- Third-party API costs
- Payment-gateway charges
- Hardware already ordered
- Installation work already performed
- Custom development already started
- Consultation time already provided
- Customer-caused delays
- Change-of-mind cancellations after work begins
Where a refund is approved, non-refundable transaction charges and completed work may be deducted.
A refund request must include the relevant order, booking, invoice, or transaction information.
24. Warranties and Disclaimers
Techwave will provide services with reasonable care and technical skill.
However, except where expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Techwave does not guarantee that:
- Every service will meet every customer expectation
- A website will achieve specific sales or traffic
- Automation will generate a specific level of revenue
- AI outputs will always be accurate
- Files will always process successfully
- Security services will prevent every incident
- Third-party services will remain available
- Software will be completely free from errors
- Every device or browser will remain compatible
- Search engines or platforms will approve or rank content
Customers are responsible for assessing whether a service is suitable for their specific needs.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techwave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including:
- Loss of profit
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of business
- Loss of opportunity
- Loss of data
- Loss of reputation
- Loss caused by service interruption
- Loss caused by third-party platforms
- Loss resulting from unreviewed AI output
- Loss resulting from customer misuse
- Loss resulting from inaccurate customer information
- Loss resulting from unauthorized account access
Where Techwave is found liable for a claim, our total liability will generally not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the relevant service period, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
26. Indemnification
You agree to compensate and protect Techwave, its employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your content
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Your misuse of automation or surveillance services
- Your failure to obtain required consent
- Your violation of third-party platform policies
- False information supplied by you
- Activity performed through your account
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
27. Suspension and Termination
Techwave may suspend or terminate access where:
- Payment remains unpaid
- These Terms are violated
- A security risk exists
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- A legal requirement applies
- A user abuses staff or systems
- A service is used unlawfully
- A third-party integration is terminated
- Continuing the service creates unreasonable technical or operational risk
Where appropriate, Techwave may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation.
Serious security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, or deliberate abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Upon termination:
- Your access may stop
- Unpaid fees remain payable
- Stored files may be deleted
- Active integrations may be disconnected
- Licences or subscriptions may expire
- Clauses intended to survive termination will remain effective
28. Data and Privacy
The collection and use of personal information are governed by the Techwave Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.
Customers using Techwave to collect or process information about other people are responsible for providing appropriate notices, obtaining consent where required, and complying with applicable privacy requirements.
29. Confidentiality
Where either party receives confidential business, technical, commercial, or customer information, that party must take reasonable measures to protect it.
Confidential information does not include information that:
- Is publicly available without a breach
- Was already lawfully known
- Was independently developed
- Was lawfully obtained from another source
- Must be disclosed by law or legal order
Additional confidentiality obligations may be included in a separate agreement.
30. Force Majeure
Techwave will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fires
- Severe weather
- War or civil unrest
- Government action
- Internet disruption
- Power failure
- Telecommunications failure
- Cyberattacks
- Epidemics or public emergencies
- Third-party infrastructure failure
- Labour disputes
- Import or supply restrictions
We will make reasonable efforts to restore the affected service when possible.
31. Changes to These Terms
Techwave may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in our services
- New features
- Operational requirements
- Security requirements
- Legal or regulatory changes
- Third-party service changes
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where changes are significant, Techwave may provide additional notice through the website, email, or user account.
Continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
32. Governing Law
These Terms and any related dispute will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, unless another jurisdiction is required by a signed agreement or mandatory law.
The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the courts or other legally authorized dispute-resolution process having jurisdiction in Bangladesh.
33. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it legally enforceable.
34. No Waiver
A delay or failure by Techwave to enforce a provision does not mean that Techwave has waived its right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver must be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Techwave.
35. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, service description, quotation, invoice, proposal, and any signed service agreement, form the agreement between you and Techwave.
Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.
